Tell us a little about you?

I am Steph. Before working at CYPHP, I worked at Guys and St Thomas Hospital and Evelina London for about two years. I have worked as a Patient Pathway Co-ordinator, Admissions Officer, as well as other various roles across different services. Moving around the Trust has taught me a lot about healthcare.

How do you see the role?

I see the role as working closely with other healthcare providers to remove bottlenecks that occur within the patient pathway from the referral process. Saying that, I see my role as supporting the project and clinical team to deliver quality care to children and young people, and to ensure that others see the significant difference CYPHP is making within the Lambeth and Southwark community.

What is your hope for the CYPHP programme?

I hope that CYPHP will make a positive difference in the lives of children and young people, as well as their families. And, for the programme to be seen as a vital service in the community, which will hopefully allow it to be implemented in other boroughs.
