CYPHP have launched a new short film explaining the benefits of data sharing between healthcare professionals.
Secure data sharing across organisations helps children and young people receive consistent care when they move between different health and support services, as all professionals involved in helping them can access up to date information on what care the young person has already received. This is particularly helpful for children and young people with long term conditions who may receive support from number of different sources.
CYPHP's mission is 'bridging gaps to help young people be happy, healthy and well'. Working with our partners to improve data sharing in Lambeth and Southwark is an important way in which we are bridging the gaps between existing health services.
