The CYPHP team gathered on July 28th to reflect on the achievements and lessons of our programme's first year of implementation, and to plan for the busy year ahead.
There was plenty to celebrate from the past year, including:
- The roll out of InReach and specialist nursing services is well underway in our pilot practices across Lambeth and Southwark.
- Data sharing agreements are now in place which enable us to use EMIS (the information system used in local GP practices). Using EMIS allows our clinical team to work as efficiently and effectively as possible and identify the patients who could most benefit from our services.
- Training is now being delivered to staff in a number of local schools which will help them to support their students' emotional wellbeing.
The day was an opportunity to share ideas and knowledge across the whole team. The Evaluation team presented the plans for their work with the wider team, and the whole team came up with strategies to communicate what CYPHP is doing to the wider world.
