Young People

Helping children and young people to be healthy, happy, and well

The Children and Young People’s Health Partnership brings together organisations and families in Lambeth and Southwark, working to improve everyday healthcare for local children and young people from birth to adolescence and early adulthood.

Our ambition is for all local children and young people in our boroughs to have access to the best possible healthcare to meet their needs, so they can:

  • stay as healthy as possible,
  • get better quickly when they’re ill, and
  • live well with any long-term health conditions they have.

Our partnership is sponsored by the Guy’s & St Thomas’ Charity to design and test new ways of working which will help us to achieve these ambitions. All our work will feed into a full academic evaluation, so our partners and other organisations nationally and internationally can learn from what we’ve tested.

Please explore our site to learn more about our partnership and its projects, subscribe to our newsletters, access downloadable documents and get involved.

This is your opportunity to help shape the future of healthcare services for children and young people.

This is not an emergency service, please contact 999 if someone is seriously ill and their life is at risk
